BREATHE
When we hurt ourselves we go into fight or flight mode, we hold our breath and try to push back the pain, this is called the parasympathetic response. When we breathe we relax and we let our body restore it's balance. It's always important to get an injury cheked-out right away, but as you go through life, when something stresses you out, or you're simply anxious or anticipating something - BREATHE!!!
